WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?
Clothing recommendations depend entirely on the type of session you have chosen, whether it's a conceptual portrait, a professional headshot, or an event photography shoot. Once your session type is confirmed, the photographer will work with you to figure out what clothing style would work best.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?
If inclement weather affects the quality of the shoot or makes travel unsafe, you or the photographer may reschedule the session to the earliest time that works for all parties involved.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
Your digital images will be delivered through a private online gallery accessible via your client portal. Printing service is available upon request and will be attached to the final invoice.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment via check, Zelle, or cash is accepted. All payments must be received prior to the photography shoot and or the delivery of images.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
The current cancellation policy is as follows:
-Cancelation: If the Client cancels the session, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If the Client cancels within 48 hours of the session, the full balance is due.
-Rescheduling: The Client may reschedule the session with at least five working days prior notice, depending on the Photographer’s availability.
-Photographer Cancellations: If the Photographer cannot perform the session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, the Photographer will reschedule with the Client or provide a full refund of any payments made.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE EDITED IMAGES?
Turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the shoot. Simple requests, such as headshots, have a shorter delivery period than more involved conceptual portrait sessions. Generally, delivery can be expected within a minimum of two business weeks, extending up to an average of 45 business days for more extensive projects.
